Kensons Farm

Hugh and Liz farm near the picturesque village of Sutton Mandeville in Dorset. The Farm is owned by Hugh's parents who still live on the Farm, although retired. In their day Hugh's parents ran the farm as a conventional pig farm so Hugh's organic asparagus and salad growing must seem very different to them, in fact the asparagus packing shed is a converted pig barn and yes is has been very comprehensively cleaned.

Hugh left the farm 'as soon as he could' with thoughts of being a farmer fairly far from his mind and did a degree in English. It was not until the late 90's that he returned to farming and started his adventure in the world of organic farming. 

This the fourth year that Hugh and Liz have been supplying us with organic asparagus and continually deliver an extremely high quality product.

As always we are delighted to see the start of this wonderful product and hope your customers will share our passion for this much loved English grown vegetable.
